What are the check-in and check-out times?
Our check-in time is from 2 PM and check-out is until 12 PM. For those who wish to arrive early or have a more flexible check-out time, we have several options to customize your stay! Contact us to check availability for your desired period.

Is the hotel pet-friendly?
We understand how much pets are part of the family. However, for operational reasons and in accordance with hotel policy, pets are not allowed on our premises. We look forward to welcoming you! Our team is available to assist with your reservation and offer a personalized proposal for your desired stay.

Lost and found
Don't worry! If you've left any items behind, we'll keep them safe for up to 90 days after your stay and can send them to you. To do so, please contact our Reception or Housekeeping directly at governanca@montblancpremium.com.br, informing you of the length of your stay, your name, the item you left behind, and how you'd like to retrieve it.

Accommodation policy for minors
To ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, we have adopted the following guidelines for hosting minors under the age of 18:
- Minors accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
- It is necessary to present the minor's original document (RG or Birth Certificate), in addition to the identification document of their parents or guardians at the time of check-in. 2. Minors unaccompanied by their parents will be required to present:
- The minor's original document;
- Photo identification of the person who will accompany them during the stay;
- Written authorization signed by both parents or legal guardians, with notarized signature, stating: - Who is authorized to accompany the minor; - The period of stay; - The hotel where the stay will take place. 3. Exception: Grandparents and/or adult siblings: When the minor is accompanied by grandparents or siblings over the age of 18, written authorization is not required, provided the following are presented:
- The minor's original birth certificate, proving the family relationship;
- The accompanying parent's original ID. The absence of any of the above documents will prevent check-in. We are available to answer any questions and provide all the necessary support for your stay with us. We will be delighted to welcome you!

Pre-authorization of your reservation
When making purchases online, the booking portal requests a credit card to guarantee your reservation. 24 hours before your check-in date, a pre-authorization will be performed on the credit card you provided to validate it. But don't worry, we'll maintain the payment method requested for your purchase! Pre-authorization will only be confirmed in cases of no-shows on the contracted date. If payment is made at check-in, this credit block will not be debited and will be automatically refunded within 30 days of the transaction.

May I cancel my reservation?
- Reservations guaranteed by credit card may be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the check-in date. Reservations with advance payment may be canceled up to 7 (seven) days after the reservation date. After this period, the full amount paid will be retained and will not be refunded. Please note! Reservation cancellations must be made Monday through Friday during business hours (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM). The reservation will be considered canceled upon receipt of the cancellation email from the Reservations Department. This procedure will waive any No Show charges.

Reservation guarantee
Reservations without a guaranteed no-show (no-show) are subject to cancellation after 4:00 PM on the day of check-in, or at the hotel's discretion. A no-show guarantee may be made by prepaying the reserved period via bank deposit or credit card. In the event of a no-show (no-show) for reservations with advance payment, the full amount for the period will be charged, and there is no refund.

Is there a loyalty plan?
Yes! For every 10 (ten) stays at our hotel, booked directly through our Reservations Center or the official website, we offer a complimentary night (single or double) in our Premium Suite. Stays are accounted for by individual taxpayer ID (CPF), and the benefit is personal and non-transferable. To use the complimentary night, you must request it in advance directly from our Reservations Center, which will validate and check availability.
